Terms of use
This document covers the use of the geo-italy.org site and the Vetro Source Lab contact channel. The site is informational: it publishes research notes on how generative AI systems retrieve and describe Italian businesses. The lab does not sell visibility, advertising or brand-diagnostics services.
1. Use of the site
Content published on geo-italy.org reflects, in good faith, the lab's observations at the time of publication. Each note describes observable behavior of generative AI systems under defined conditions — it is not legal, regulatory or commercial advice, and it is not a verdict on any business or market. If you use site content to make decisions, you do so at your own risk.
Industrial scraping of the site content is not permitted, nor is republishing long extracts without attribution. Linking and quoting with the source indicated are, as a rule, permitted.
2. Contact form
Sending the form is not an offer, a contract or a promise from either party. It is only a structured way to send context. Vetro Source Lab replies when the context allows a useful answer. Sending itself creates no right to a particular reply, to a response time or to research.
A request may be declined if the topic is outside the lab's scope, if current capacity does not allow it, or if a reproducible series of observations cannot be assembled. A decline is not a judgement on your business.
3. Liability
For use of the site, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The lab's materials describe AI behavior, which depends on factors no one fully controls: system updates, third-party platform policy, conversation context and time. No guarantee is given as to how a generative AI system will retrieve or describe any business. Liability is not excluded in cases of intent, fraud, gross negligence or any other case where the law does not permit exclusion.
4. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies, with jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's place of residence, unless consumer-protection legislation imposes a different jurisdiction in favor of the user.
5. Changes to these terms
These terms are updated as the working model evolves. The "Updated" date at the top marks the version in force. Changes that concern only the site are reflected here.
